Welcome to Premier Personas, operated by Digital Style House, LLC, doing business as Premier Personas (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of premierpersonas.ai (the “Site”) and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”), including AI-powered tools that generate or assist with content creation.
By accessing or using the Services, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Premier Personas provides AI-assisted content creation tools and related digital marketing services. The Services may generate text, visuals, or other materials (“AI Output”) based on prompts or inputs you provide (“User Input”). You’re responsible for the legality and accuracy of your User Input.
You may need an account to access certain features. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of User Input and AI Output. You grant Digital Style House DBA Premier Personas a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, adapt, and publish your User Input and AI Output for service delivery and improvement, quality assurance, marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes (including our website and social channels). We will not publicly disclose your confidential business information, trade secrets, or personally identifiable data without consent.
AI Output may contain inaccuracies. We provide no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You agree not to: (a) use the Services unlawfully; (b) infringe IP rights; (c) reverse-engineer or misuse integrated AI systems. We use third-party AI providers; your use is also subject to their terms.
All IP in the Services (software, design, text, graphics, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to us. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our IP.
You agree to pay applicable fees per presented pricing and billing terms. Fees are non-refundable except as stated. We may modify pricing, tiers, and models.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe your conduct violates these Terms or is harmful.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed fees you paid in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You will indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its personnel from claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
